Vaccine Ambassadors Needed!

The Community Equity Coalition is looking for individuals (17 or older) who are passionate about protecting their community’s health through COVID-19 vaccines. The selected individuals will gather information directly from residents about what barriers they experience to vaccination, provide accurate information about the vaccine in culturally appropriate ways, and work with the Vaccine Equity Coordinator and Chaffee County Public Health to enact solutions to barriers. A monthly stipend based on an approximate rate of $20/hr for work completed is available; only a few hours per week is expected. The role goes from September through December 2021.
